You could go buy an expensive sports drink, and follow it up it with an even more expensive protein supplement, or you could just chug a bottle of chocolate milk. Seriously, chocolate milk contains the carbs and minerals that you’ll find in a sports recovery drink, and it has the same amount of protein as one scoop of your average protein supplement. And if you’ve ever drank a protein supplement, you know chocolate milk tastes way better.
