As the 2010 LG Snowboard FIS World Cup event came to an end on December 19th in Telluride, Colorado, the Canadian Snowboarding Team was able to add an impressive seven podium finishes to its season tally.

The Canadian Snowboarding Team ripped it up in both the Snowboardcross, where they took second place in the women’s division and third place in the men’s division, and the Alpine Snowboarding event where they dominated to take home the gold, silver and bronze medals.

With only a few major competitive snowboarding events left before the Olympic qualification period ends, the Canadian Snowboarding Team is working hard and staying focused.  All we have to say is watch out Vancouver 2010.
