Recipe: Home Made Popsicles

Homemade popsicles are an amazing treat, which can relieve your cravings for after dinner sweets, but won’t break your calorie budget. Invest in a popsicle mould from your local home ware store, or purchase some popsicle sticks and re-use old yogurt containers.

Healthy items to add to your popsicle trays:

  • Fruit flavored yogurt
  • Low fat chocolate milk for a healthy version of a fudgesicle
  • Apple sauce (unsweetned)
  • Sugar free cola
  • 100% fruit juice mixed with plain yogurt
